A welcome reception will take place on Monday evening at Glasgow City Chambers on George Square, Glasgow’s main square. This is a 5-minute walk from TIC, so delegates should make their way to George Square in time for a 18:30 start. If you are taking part in the EMLG/JMLG Board Meeting or the ECR Networking Session, please ensure you are ready to leave TIC at 18:15 at the latest.
The civic reception will include an address by the Lord Provost of Glasgow (or a representative), followed by a reply from the EMLG/JMLG Conference Chair. Drinks and a limited selection of canapes will be served after the speeches. We expect the ceremony to conclude around 20:00.
